Join us for an unforgettable evening of elegance, entertainment, culture, philanthropy, and fashion at the 4th Annual Tuxedos & Dresses Charity Gala: A Grand Evening in Downtown.

Hosted by The Dapper Men Company in support of The Dapper Promise Foundation, this signature event brings together professionals, entrepreneurs, philanthropists, community leaders, and fashion enthusiasts from across Dallas-Fort Worth for an elevated evening centered around style, connection, and giving back.

Our Purpose

The Tuxedos & Dresses Charity Gala is more than a social event. It is an opportunity to invest in the next generation.

Proceeds from the evening support The Dapper Promise Foundation and its youth-focused initiatives throughout DFW, including mentorship, educational enrichment, college and career readiness, leadership development, financial literacy, and programs designed to prepare deserving students for milestone moments such as prom, graduation, job interviews, and beyond.

Guests are also encouraged to participate in our annual Suit & Clothes Drive, benefiting underserved and underprivileged students throughout the community.

New and gently worn professional clothing, suits, formalwear, and other appropriate garments are welcomed as part of our continued commitment to helping young people show up with confidence for life's important moments.

The Evening

From the moment the doors open, guests will experience an atmosphere designed around sophistication, music, culture, and celebration.

Main Room

Our main gala experience will feature:

• Live R&B performances throughout the evening
• DJ entertainment
• Dancing and socializing
• Fashion and style moments
• Luxury networking
• Community recognition and impact stories
• Sponsor experiences and featured partners
• Opportunities to support The Dapper Promise Foundation
• Complimentary champagne for guests

Champagne & Bar Experience

All guests will receive a minimum of three complimentary glasses of champagne during the evening.

General Admission

General Admission guests will receive:

• Admission to the main gala experience
• Live R&B entertainment throughout the evening
• DJ entertainment and dancing
• Minimum of three complimentary glasses of champagne
• Access to the cash bar for cocktails and additional beverages
• Access to gala programming, networking, and sponsor experiences

VIP Experience

VIP guests will receive an elevated experience that includes:

• Sponsor-provided open bar
• Minimum of three complimentary glasses of champagne
• Access to the exclusive Afro House VIP Lounge
• African-inspired VIP food service
• Reserved VIP accommodations based on ticket package
• Access to all main gala festivities and entertainment

Afro House — VIP Lounge

VIP guests will receive exclusive access to Afro House, our private VIP lounge experience.

Afro House will provide a different energy from the main ballroom, featuring Afrobeats, international music, and global sounds throughout the evening.

Guests can move between the elegance and live R&B atmosphere of the main room and the vibrant Afro House experience throughout the night.

VIP African Plate

VIP admission will also include an African-inspired plate featuring selections such as:

• Suya
• Chicken Suya
• Fried Rice
• Vegetables

The VIP food experience adds another cultural element to the evening while guests enjoy the Afro House lounge and sponsor-provided open bar.

Tables & Reserved Seating

Reserved tables are available through select ticket and table packages.

Guests who purchase a ticket or package that specifically includes a table reservation will have their table reserved for the evening.

Because reserved tables are limited, groups who would like guaranteed seating together are encouraged to secure the appropriate table package in advance.

General Admission does not include a reserved table unless specifically stated within the purchased ticket package.

Giving remains at the heart of the Tuxedos & Dresses Charity Gala.

Throughout the evening, we will continue our Suit & Clothes Drive in support of underserved and underprivileged students throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth community.

• Other important milestone moments
