4th Annual Tom Faris Memorial Golf Outing for JDRF

Sign Up for our 4th Annual Tom Faris Memorial Golf Outing is officially open! We had a full field last year and expect to have a full field and waiting list this year!
To avoid any scheduling conflicts during football season we talked with the Green Bay Packers and they graciously decided to make the 27th their bye week so it wouldn't interfere with the outing!
Info:
- 40 teams max, first 40 teams to sign up and pay are in!
- $440 per team, if signed up before August 25th your team will receive bonus raffle tickets!
- Whats included? - Golf, Taco Bar banquet @ 11:11 after golf, and everyone in the event will receive a door prize (last year the first two items taken were a scotty cameron putter and a golf bag)
We also have 50/50 raffle, bucket raffles, on course events, hole prizes, prize money for teams, skins, and more!
