Join the Hornbuckle Foundation and our **Connections of Hope Outreach Team** on **Tuesday, November 11 from 11 AM–2 PM** for our **4th Annual Sleep Out Volunteer Packing Day!**
We’ll be gathering at the Hornbuckle Community Center to prepare and pack the supplies our outreach team will distribute during the Sleep Out. Come lend a hand, meet the team, and help us make sure we’re ready to serve our unhoused neighbors with dignity, compassion, and the resources they need.
