4th Annual Sand Dune Gathering 2026 - Portstewart Strand

This event brings together people interested in the future of Ireland’s beaches and dunes. At the event you will learn about, and contribute your views on, best practices in dune management, planning and restoration.

The goal is to learn from and connect with each other and for participants to share stories of success of improving and protecting our sand dunes for future use and enjoyment.

The Gathering is an opportunity to meet other dune managers, volunteers, NGOs, or policy makers.
