Join us for our 4th Annual Kids LOVE Yoga class 🧘♀️💖This fun, playful, and engaging session is designed for kids of all experience levels and offers a joyful introduction to yoga through movement, stretching, breathing, music, and imagination. Kids will have the chance to move their bodies, build confidence, and find their calm in a supportive and encouraging environment ✨
This is a kids-only class. Parents are welcome to drop off and run errands next door at Aldi 🛒🍎 or relax in our lobby while class is in session.
