Rain or Shine! (hopefully the latter) it is that time again! Our 4th annual Chico Way (unofficial) HOA Clam Island Party!
Low tide is right at about 11am on Saturday June 13th, come by boat/paddleboard/kayak or however you can get out there!
We will have beer, music, and our annual clam boil fest!
