American Legion 597 Family will host their Fourth Annual Chili Cook Off on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at American Legion Post 597 in Downtown Carrollton. Everyone is welcomed to prepare and/or judge the entries in this friendly competition. The cost to enter your chili in the competition or taste the chili entries is $15 in advance and $20 at the door. Winners will be determined by a panel of judges and “People’s Choice” voting! Chili Check In 3-4
Flag Raising by Boy Scouts 4pm
Carrollton Fire Department will be onsite with The General
Chili Tasting will start about 4:30 until it's gone
Proceeds from the event will be used to benefit veterans, the military, their families, and the community
