The 4th Annual Boogie for Balance is back—and this year we're turning up the volume with an unforgettable 80's Karaoke Showdown!
Whether you're ready to take the stage or simply cheer on your favorite performers, this is a night filled with outrageous energy, iconic music, delicious food, raffles, prizes, laughter, and memories you won't soon forget.

CONTESTANTS MUST REGISTER BY 8/6/2026 SO WE CAN CREATE THE VOTING PROGRAM!
An 80's category is listed as one of the prizes, but all other prizes can be any genre!

Contestant spots are limited to just 24 performers, so register early before they're gone!

You absolutely DO NOT have to sing to have an amazing time.

Every ticket purchased helps support The Benefit of Balance, Inc., a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to making complementary nervous system and mental wellness services more accessible to our community.
Funds raised help provide services that are often not covered by insurance, including:
• Neurofeedback
• Somatic bodywork
• Therapeutic mentoring
• Complementary counseling services
• Other nervous system regulation programs
These services support children, families, and veterans throughout our local communities.
Because everyone deserves access to tools that help them build resilience, regulate stress, and live healthier lives.
