We are excited to announce we will be hosting our 4th Annual Autumn Fair Saturday October 17th, 2026, 12pm-6pm. We will be hosting a Trunk or Treat that day as well.
Below, I've included some important information for all vendors. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. Once the deposit and contract are sent back to us, we will post and tag your business on our event page. We are looking forward to having you and hearing back from you. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Below is the information we are asking from our vendors for the Beltane Festival.
1. Person's name, business name, email and phone number from interested vendors. Also, some pictures of your goods and a small introduction of your business so we can post it on our Facebook event page.

2. A contract will be emailed to you to sign and return to us. (We'll send once we have all the information needed to type up the contract)
3. A non-refundable deposit of $25 the day of sign up, the remaining balance of $50 won't be due until Saturday SEPTEMBER 17, 2026. (This will be waived for the young ladies AND Gentlemen under 17). We will NOT be able to hold your place without the deposit. We try to only have one of each vendor, first come first serve.

4.Vendors selling any food that does NOT fall under cottage law, MUST get a temporary permit at the Independence Health Department. (816)-325-7803
5.A carefully curated basket containing your business card for the raffle giveaway. This strategy will attract customers, facilitate interaction, and promote your name and products.
6. All vendors are asked to have tents. The event is outdoor and will take place rain or shine. You have as much space as you'd like for this event. There is no electricity available for vendors unfortunately, so plan accordingly. We are looking forward to hearing from you. We would love to have you for the event.
7. You are NOT obligated to remain for the entire event. We recognize that sometimes the outcomes don't meet our expectations, leading vendors to pack up early. Additionally, we understand that rain is not everyone's favorite and can potentially damage products. Ultimately, the decision is yours. However, please note that refunds are not available.
