Nestled in the heart of Llangollen, BLAS Cookery & Wine School is a new gathering place shaped by a love of food, wine, and the joy of shared tables. Housed within the character and charm of a former Victorian school, where old friends reunite and new friendships are sparked over simmering pots and poured glasses.

BLAS Cookery & Wine School welcome cooks of every confidence and wine lovers of every persuasion, from the curious beginner to the seasoned connoisseur. Whether joining a cookery course, a guided tasting, or hiring our venue for a special celebration, guests are invited to slow down and savour.

North Wales has many unique attractions; we aim to bring people together to discover some of these by holding the FREE quarterly networking event in different locations across North Wales. We hope you will want to join us to connect and discuss relevant and current topics without formality or strict agenda, it’s relaxed, it’s fun and informal.
