Monday, June 22nd - Teams check-in at 8:00am-9:00am
Print and submit your registration from our website (link in the "Tickets" Section. There will be no on-site registration this year.
**Registration Deadline: Monday, June 15th**
⛳4-Man Scramble - $100 per Golfer⛳
- 18 holes with cart
- Dinner after golf
- $1,000 Random Draw Prize
- Facilities available for showers and changing clothes if needed
- There will be food available for purchase at “The Turn”
- Beverage carts on the course
- Entry into Grand Prize Drawing
- 50/50 Raffle Items & Baskets
The event will go on — rain or shine. IF it's a clear rain day from the start, we'll meet at Lake Wisconsin Country Club at 2:00 PM for raffles, prizes, and dinner — all the fun stuff still happens. Your Golf Is Covered: You'll receive a voucher from LWCC to come back and play your round whenever it works for your schedule.
