454 Ground Pounder

The annual 454 Ground Pounder Ruck March is to bring awareness to veteran suicide while also dropping of nonperishable items at the Midwest Food Bank. The weight of the rucks represent the weigh veterans carry when they leave the service. There will be two routes, 5k and 15K, that people can do. Both start at Keg Grove Brewing Company with teh 5K having a drop off and stop at Fiala Borthers in Uptown Normal and the 15K going to Midwest Food Bank. Both routes will then return back to Keg Grove Brewing Company. This event is free but ask each person to donate 10 nonperishable items to donate. Set off is at 8:00 AM.
