HOW TO REGISTER FOR SDRC SCHOLARSHIP

1. Contact your San Diego Regional Center service coordinator to request authorization. The Conference number is PY2843. Your service coordinator will need this number. They will submit a Purchase of Service (POS).
2. After your service coordinator submits the POS and it is processed, you will receive a promo code. You will need to enter the promo code when you register online to receive SDRC funding for the conference.
3. Register for the conference on Eventbrite by clicking the “Reserve Your Spot” button. Once the registration page pops up, enter the Promo Code at the top and click “apply.” Once the “apply” button is clicked, it will reduce the payment to $0. Click the “Check out” button. Complete the First Name, Last Name, and Email Address fields and click the “Register Button.”
4. You will be prompted to complete a series of questions after registering. These are required to be completed to attend the conference. You will receive a confirmation page and email once the questions have been completed.
