The Trinity 5000 Summer Series, founded by Ricky Cox in 1985, is the longest-running event on this iconic trail system. 12-race Thursday evening series running June 4 through August 20, 2026. Starting Times: 1K Fun Run at 7:15 PM | 5K Run/Walk at 7:30 PM. Week 1 (June 4) kickoff features custom finisher medals and technical shirts. Complete 12-race series: $210. Single race starting at $35. Free 1K Kids Fun Run, free soft drinks, free parking. Chip-timed by Cox Racing Services. Come celebrate a Fort Worth summer tradition!
