41st Annual STEAK FRY FOR AGRICULTURE

The annual Steak Fry (formerly Steak in the Country) is the premiere fundraising event supporting agriculture education. The event has a new host organization starting in 2026, the Whiteside County Farm Bureau Foundation. The Foundation's rich history of promoting agriculture education and awareness makes it a natural fit for the mission of the Steak Fry - raising funds to support agriculture education.
This one-night event raises friends and funds to support area youth through scholarships and grants to local FFA chapters, 4-H clubs, Agriculture in the Classroom, and more.
