We can't wait for you to join us June 19 and 20th, 2026 to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the University of Jamestown Jimmie Scramble Golf Tournament. Online registration opens April 1st, 2026.
For 4 decades this beloved golf tournament has raised funds for athletic scholarships by bringing alumni and friends from all over the U.S. back to the Jamestown Country Club. Every year the weekend has grown to the point where we have to turn teams away! So to mark the 40th year, we're expanding the weekend by adding another full Scramble flight.
Here are a few noteable notes about the weekend:
The Jimmie Shootout will continue on Friday afternoon, shotgun start at 3:00pm. This 2-person team outing is geared toward those interested in golfing in a non-tournament atmosphere or those who can't golf in any of the Scramble flights. Mulligans or handicaps ARE NOT used for Shootout scoring and your 18-hole round used a combination of 6 holes best ball, 6 holes Scramble and 6 holes alternate shot. Prizes awarded to the top over-all team. Golf fees include golf, cart and supper.
The Jimmie Scramble will now host a 3rd flight, shotgun start at 9:00am Friday. The festivities continue Saturday with the traditional Scramble flights at 8 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Prizes awarded to the top gross and net teams and, depending upon the amount of all-women teams, prizes maybe be award to the top team in that division as well. Golfers may golf in more than one Scramble team.
Cash only, on-course games will include Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive, Closest to the Water and Jimmies Tee-Off.
NEW THIS YEAR - 100 raffle tickets will be sold with the top prize of a Trip for 2 to the 2027 Waste Management Open. Details to be released soon.
The Jamestown Country Club will provide lunch and supper on Friday for any Friday golfers and lunch and supper are also provided on the course on Saturday.
Scramble golf fees include golf, cart, lunch/supper, sleeve of balls, tournament gift, swag bag and on-course games/prizes.
