Jameel Jaffer, inaugural director of the Knight First Amendment Institute at Columbia University, and Nadine Strossen, New York Law School Professor Emerita and Senior Fellow at FIRE (the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression), will debate the merits, drawbacks, and dimensions of institutional neutrality and related academic freedom issues.
