Each month of scoring will be for the whole calendar month, except for April which will include March 29th-31st
This League will last three months and the awards ceremony will culminate at the end of our July 12th two-day tournament. No one in the League will be required to participate in the tournament, but it is highly encouraged.
Every month of the league it will be up to players to schedule League games. We highly encourage the use of our looking for 40k game thread on our Facebook Group Harlequin Hobby Insiders. We will have a once a month league day that we encourage people to show up to in order to find a game in person, but it is not required. You may play as many games a month as you wish, but only your two best will count for you, and you cannot play the same person twice in a row. Score will be submitted at the shop, and games must be played here. No one gets the 10pts for Battleready Painted and Based, but there will be opportunities to get prizes for paint jobs.
Every month players will be ranked on Win/Loss and point differential. So if you have two wins and beat your opponents by 15 each, you will have a record of WW +30. If you win one by 20 and lose one by 15 your record would be WL +5. Records/rankings do not carry over each month, instead you get a number of points based on how many people played at least two matches to qualify. Last place gets one point and each place above them receiving one more. So if 15 people played two matches, then last place would get 1pt, second to last 2pt, and first place would get 15pts. So there is a benefit to helping people get their two games in. Your point totals from all three months will determine the overall winner.
