Designed for small groups of up to 6 guests, these behind-the-scenes tours offer a close-up look at the full lifecycle of our oysters, from small seed to market size.

We’ll take you out to the farm and talk through each stage of the growing process, showing the equipment we use and explaining how it’s beneficial to growing our oysters. Along the way, you'll learn about the science, sustainability, and daily routines of oyster farming, with plenty of opportunities for Q&A and enjoying the scenery of the pond. Each tour includes a tasting of freshly harvested oysters, and you’ll head home with some to enjoy later.
