Opportunity for runners of all standards to challenge themselves & have fun in a 4 x 5k Team Relay race around beautiful Poole Park, which will be closed to traffic for the duration of the event.
Teams of 4 friends, clubmates, workmates, parkrun buddies or family together to take on the relays with each person running a 5k leg.
These are the only road relays taking place in the local area & the team format gives the event a real extra buzz.
Trophies will be won by the fastest relay teams/individuals with mementos given to all finishers.
