Rise with the sun and awaken the body in a beautiful garden space during this 8-week series. Each class will encompass a flow of mindful movement derived from both SomaYoga and Hatha yoga to find strength and mobility. You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and embodied to take on your day! Dates: July 10, 17, 24, and 31
