Get ready to conquer the Spartan Race with Gripz Gym’s specialized training! Designed to prepare you for the physical and mental challenges of the race, our course offers a comprehensive training program that combines endurance running with dynamic obstacle practice.
Course Options:
12-Week Session ($180): Starts April 15th
8-Week Session ($132): Starts May 13th
4-Week Session ($72): Starts June 17th
Class Schedule: Every Monday from 7 PM to 8 PM (No class on Memorial Day)

Endurance Running: Build stamina with our progressive running program.
Obstacle Mastery: Learn techniques to navigate through the toughest obstacles with ease.
