From Catholic contemplatives and Buddhist Monks, to Artists and Authors, to Psychologists and Neuroscientists, there is almost unanimous agreement that where we place our attention and how, is key to virtually every aspect of our well-being.
Are you curious and wondering what all the fuss is about? Have you wanted to start a meditation practice but don't know where to start? Meditation is powerful, subtle and challenging - so it can help to have some structure and support for getting started or getting traction.
In this 4-week class series, we'll gather with others who are curious and slow down, steady our hearts and minds, open to the moment at hand and cultivate compassion for ourselves and others. Learn about and practice different kinds of meditation and the difference between meditation and mindfulness.
