The best way to get started on your pole journey! We have created a special time slot in our busy schedule just to introduce those who are completely new to our favourite art form! Over this 4 week course you will learn the basics of pole fitness, including spins and holds which will give you a great full body workout as well as challenging your co-ordination and laughing muscles.
When - Saturdays 11.30am
Dates - January 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st

This is a one-off time slot for our beginners course but after the course attendees can join in the 10.30am slot on Saturdays!
No previous experience is needed for this course
What to wear
-Wear comfortable workout clothing - shorts/ leggings and tshirt/vest. Shorts are not essential for first class but will be useful if you are happy to wear them!
Other info
-Please do not apply lotions/ oils 24hrs before class, this will make the pole slippery and dangerous.
-Please do not wear Jewellery as this will damage the poles.
