What This Series Is All About
Over four weeks, you'll build a complete beginner-friendly routine while learning the fundamentals of performance, expression, and movement flow. No prior performance experience needed—just an open heart and the desire to grow.
WEEKLY BREAKDOWN
Week 1: Build Your Foundation & Find Your Style
✨ Warm-up focused on musicality and natural movement
✨ Intro to performance concepts: emotion, timing, storytelling
✨ Beginner choreography using spins, walks & transitions
✨ Freestyle exploration to discover your personal style
Week 2: Connecting Movement & Building Confidence
✨ Add-on choreography: smooth transitions, optional climbs & floorwork
✨ Flow drills for control and rhythm
✨ Group exercises to build confidence performing in front of others
Week 3: Expression & Stage Presence
✨ Learn to move with intention and emotion
✨ Posture, eye contact, and character development
✨ Full routine practice with supportive group feedback
Week 4: Shine & Showcase
✨ Confidence warm-up + dress rehearsal
✨ Perform your completed routine (optional filming available)
✨ Celebrate your growth and progress with your classmates
