4-Week Beginner Kundalini Yoga Series

Are you curious about Kundalini Yoga? The practice of Kundalini Yoga uses a series of kriyas (postures/sequences), breathing techniques, meditations and mantras (sound currents) to help students experience greater strength and flexibility, emotional balance and spiritual elevation. In this 4-week series Katrina a will lead you through four classes that will introduce you to Bandhas, Mantra, Kriyas, Pranayama, and Sound Relaxation.
