A three-day spring break day camp for youth ages 13–19 that builds cultural awareness, empathy, and connection across Metro Detroit’s diverse communities. Highlights include a full-day guided Metro Detroit bus tour with hands-on cultural activities, plus pre- and post-tour sessions to prepare and reflect.
Who: Youth ages 13–19 (as of Jan 1, 2026)
Where: Jefferson Barnes Community Vitality Center, 32150 Dorsey St, Westland, MI 48186
Cost: $55 (camp value $255) — includes bus tour, meals during the tour, workshops, pre/post sessions, and a 4 H T-shirt
