Day‑by‑Day Plan

DAY 1 | Sat 12 Sep – Arrival

- 12:25: Land Barcelona El Prat

- 13:00: Private group transfer to hotel (~20 mins)

- 14:30: Check‑in, settle in

- 16:00: Stroll Barceloneta Beach & harbour

- 19:30: Group dinner – tapas by the sea

- Evening: Free time

Optional Walking tour with Montjuic Castle & Cable Car additional fee of £50, starts at 5.30pm. Explore Barcelona’s vibrant neighbouhoods, admire stunning Catalan modernist architecture, and enjoy breathtaking views from the Montjuïc Cable Car for an unforgettable city experience.

DAY 2 | Sun 13 Sep – City Highlights

- 09:30: Sagrada Família

- 12:30: Wander El Born & Gothic Quarter, lunch at La Boqueria

- 15:30: Park Güell – amazing city views

- 17:30: Optional: relax at beach or rooftop bar

- Evening: Dinner, free to explore or group drinks

Optional additional fee £45, book your flamenco night and see top flamenco stars live at Barcelona’s legendary tablao, awarded Best Tablao in the World 2025 and run by a family of artists since 1970.

Day Mon 14 Sep – Costa Brava Full Day

- 08:30: Day trip to Costa Brava, discover some of the most important villages of Costa Brava on a full-day bus and boat tour. Visit Lloret de Mar and Tossa de Mar, considered the “Pearl of the Costa Brava.”

- 10:00: Tossa de Mar, walk medieval walls, explore old town, free time at beach

- 13:00: Seafood lunch at a seafront restaurant

- 14:30: We take a visit to Calella de Palafrugell – whitewashed coves, gentle coastal walk independently together

- 18:30: Return to Barcelona

- 20:30: Farewell group meal

DAY 4 | Tue 15 Sep – Leisure & Departure

- Morning: Check out, Free choice

- More sights: Casa Batlló / Passeig de Gràcia

- Relax at beach or pool

- Short trip to Girona Old Town (~40 mins by train)

- Or City tour bus hop on and hop off, price between £30 - £40 if you want to include boat cruise

- 16:00: Transfer to airport

- 19:00: Flight back to Gatwick
