At Simply-Helping Retreats, we hold space where every guest is invited to undergo a transformative journey—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Using a blend of easy-to-follow healing techniques, guided meditations, gentle yoga, optional beginner aerial yoga (based on group interest), creative projects, meaningful group and private discussions, as well as daily group energy clearing sessions, you'll find the time and room to explore and process your thoughts and feelings in your own way. Connect with nature, reflect on your own, or share with fellow retreat guests—the choice is yours.

While guided meditations and yoga are central to each retreat, our true purpose is to support your continued growth and wellbeing long after your time with us. Holly believes that simple, accessible healing techniques, combined with energy-clearing sessions, empower guests to experience deep and lasting benefits.

The guiding principle of our retreats, "L.Y.F.E." - Love Yourself First Everyday, serves as a reminder: nurturing yourself from within is the foundation for caring for others and everything else in your life. Self-care is never selfish; it’s essential.

Throughout the retreat, you'll join daily group healing circles focused on aligning your chakras and clearing your physical, emotional, mental, and energetic/spiritual bodies. This holistic approach allows you to relax deeply and open yourself to new possibilities.

Holly’s passion lies in helping clients online through Zoom, but these retreats offer the unique and transformative opportunity for in-person guidance. The tools and techniques shared during your stay are yours to continue using long after you leave, helping you sustain and build on the progress you've made.

With that said, as part of our holistic approach to wellness, this retreat will feature nourishing cleansing beverages, smoothies and detox smoothies designed to cleanse and revitalize your body from the inside out. Packed with nutrient-rich ingredients and crafted to support digestion and energy balance, these smoothies offer a gentle way to reset your system. Each blend is thoughtfully curated to help eliminate toxins, promote vitality, and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Sip, savor, and allow your body to embrace the benefits of pure nourishment.

Participation is always up to you—you can engage fully in scheduled activities, enjoy time in nature, read, journal, or spend quiet moments with our furry companion.


Sample Schedule

Simply-Helping Retreats create flexible schedules, customized to meet the needs of each group. Weather permitting, activities such as yoga, healing circles, and meals may be held on the beach, enhancing your connection to nature and amplifying the healing experience with the ocean waves as a backdrop.


Day 1

*16:00 Arrive and check-in

*18:30 Dinner

*19:30 Evening meditation with group healing circle

*22:00 Lights out


Day 2 and day 3

*07:45 Light breakfast served

*08:30 Group wellness workshop

*09:15 Gentle yoga/movement class

*10:30 Group healing circle

*11:15 Karma yoga (time spent as a group or solo)

*12:15 Lunch break

*13:00 Creative project for you and your inner child

*16:00 Yoga/movement

*17:00 Karma yoga (time spent as a group or solo)

*18:30 Thanksgiving Dinner

*19:30 Evening meditation and energy healing/clearing - (outside or on the beach weather permitting)

*22:00 Lights out


Day 4

*07:45 Light breakfast served

*08:30 Group wellness workshop or gentle yoga/movement class

*09:15 Group healing circle to remove excess energy or thoughts before heading home

So! You remember that I told you that it was my first time doing the Chakras thing, right?!OMG! So, I was impressed when you told me that I had a lot on my right shoulder; which, I didn't tell you at the moment that it has been hurting A LOT for the past 9 months! And I couldn't hardly put any weight on it to sleep on that side.....Well, last night, I woke up at around 3:45am, not strange for me when the full moon is about to be; and I realized that I had NO pain on my right shoulder at all and my mind felt so fresh and clean - Like "someone" had done a deep cleaning/organizing/decluttering of my interior files!
