We're kicking off our 2026 Winemaker Dinner Series with the one and only Sparkman Cellars.Join us on March 19 from 6–9 PM for a four-course culinary experience paired with four exceptional Sparkman wines, featuring an inventive menu with signature Ben Paris flair.
The Menu:
Kusshi oysters: shallot and red wine vinegar mignonette
Crab cakes: lemon caper aioli, shaved vegetable slaw, grain mustard vinaigrette
Duck Leg Confit: bitter green salad, fromage blanc, bing cherries and cherry glaze, toasted hazelnuts
Braised boneless short rib: garlic mashed potatoes, red wine demi-glace, roasted rainbow carrots
