Wine Dinner at Prime SteakhouseJoin us for a special Wine Dinner at Prime Steakhouse on January 26.
This four-course dinner was designed by Chef Joe Turner and Chef Chad Jaczyk, focusing on classic technique, thoughtful pacing, and ingredients chosen with intention. Each course is paired with wines selected to complement the menu rather than compete with it.
The evening will be presented by local sommelier John Johnson, who will guide guests through the pairings and provide insight into each selection as the dinner progresses.
The centerpiece of the evening is a braised short rib course featuring locally raised Turkey Creek Cattle Co. beef—the same beef served nightly at Prime and held to Chef Chad’s standards.
