Joe always brought heart and tradition to our annual St. Patrick’s Day dinner, and this year, we continue the tradition in his honor with a 4-course meal on the patio, featuring classic Irish flavors, expertly prepared by Chef Vince Bienish & Chef Daniel Cantrell.Raise a glass, enjoy great food and drinks, and celebrate the life and legacy of a beloved member of our Cook’s Station family. We will have a variety of beers and wines to pair perfectly with your dinner.
The Menu:
The Welcome- Traditional Soda Bread with sweet Guinness sauce
1 - Cabbage, sausage and Quail egg
2 - Seafood Chowder- Celtic and Atlantic seafood with potatoes and creamy seafood broth
3 - Classic Shepherd's pie- Minced lamb, vegetables and Potato topping
4 - Chocolate Guinness cake with reduced stout glaze
