Sip is thrilled to have Plymouth's favorite Barteneder/Mixologist, Josh Brennan back for ANOTHER special evening of 4 courses of curated cocktails perfectly paired with amazing tapas. This demonstration style event will include a detailed description of the technique and ingredients that go into each of Josh's creative cocktails as they are being crafted and served. Each tasting sized drink will be accompanied by a new sampling course of delectable tapas from our Executive Chef, Quincy Sparks.(See the full pairing menu below)

This Old Fashioned Edition includes FOUR COURSES of paired drinks and dishes crafted with nothing but the finest ingredients.

WELCOME DRIINK:
The Golden 75 – A twist on the classic French 75 paying homage to the classic Old Fashioned featuring the flavors of bitters, bourbon, and citrus!

FIRST COURSE:
Espresso Old Fashioned – A fun and creative marriage between the ever-popular espresso martini and the old fashioned. We’re combining the sweetness and complexity of bourbon, orange, and coffee flavors! Paired with individual cheese samplers.

SECOND COURSE:
Vodka Old Fashioned – wait, an Old Fashioned can be made with something other than whiskey? But of course, this variation features botanical and tart citrus flavors with Vodka as the starring role! Paired with our signature chicken parm sliders.

THIRD COURSE:
Outlander – This delicious variation uses a blended scotch to marry the flavors of a classic Sazarac and the formula of an Old Fashioned featuring Peychauds bitters, Lemon, and Cherry notes. Paired with Our Famous Cajun Shrimp over a Bed of Jasmine Rice.

FOURTH COURSE:
Banana Bread Old Fashioned – A cozy and indulgent twist on the classic old fashioned, inspired by the warm, comforting flavors of banana bread. Paired with Warmed Banana Bread Topped with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, Fresh Bananas, Walnuts, and Chocolate & Caramel Drizzle
