This fall, join us at Live! by Loews – Arlington's signature restaurant, Cut & Bourbon, for an exclusive 4-course wine dinner featuring the renowned Cakebread Cellars. Experience wines from their Napa Valley vineyards paired with a special menu crafted by Executive Chef Robert Carr.The evening begins with an Oyster Trio reception, followed by dishes including Antelope Carpaccio, Rainbow Trout Crudo and Rosewood Ranch Texas Wagyu Filet. The dinner concludes with a decadent Baked Chocolate Custard. Each course is paired by Lisa Gurvey, Certified Wine Specialist and Kobrand Brand Ambassador, who will guide you through her selections.
