The Four Chaplains Ceremony will be held February 3 at 6:30 p.m. at American Legion Post 166, St. Si¬mons Island. The memorial is an annual event throughout the American Legion but the first for the area. Four speakers will light a corresponding candle, read the biography of their respective Chaplain.
Speakers are Gen. Robert Magnus (USMC-Ret.), Father Emmanuel Antwi, Rev. Donald Combs, and Rev. Chris Oglesby.
Dennis Bernal, the Post Chaplin will close the ceremony.
Light refreshments will be provided.
