4-BEAT Rocket & Deep YIN

From Fire to Ice. From Yang to Yin. A 2 hour practice of opposites.

Investment: £30

We will be starting with a dynamic Vinyasa practice based on Rocket Yoga moving through a strong sequence of asanas keeping a deep and slow breath to a steady beat of music. The focus on breath makes this practice a deeply immersive & meditative experience. This part of the practice includes the chance to play with arm balances and inversions but options for all are given.

In the second part we will be exploring a carefully crafted Yin sequence of long held postures working into our cooling practice.

Working along specific meridian lines to create space for energy (Qi) to flow freely to support regeneration and deep healing.

This class is suitable for practitioners with dynamic asana practice experience.

Not suitable for pregnant yogis.
