The Twoth Match Wellness Day is all about movement, mindset, and meaningful connections, as well as, networking in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
What to Expect
📍 Venue 1: Dentozen Leeds, LS1 2SP
(Welcome & Introduction)
We’ll kick things off at our host venue, Dentozen, with a calm, wellness-focused welcome.
You’ll be greeted with:
- Detox-style refreshments (green, citrus & berry juices)
- Fresh fruit-infused water

We’ll then introduce Twoth Match — the locum dental recruitment and wellness platform built to support dental nurses and dentists through:

After the intro, we’ll head over together to our second venue — a chance to chat, connect, and ease into the next part of the day.

Pilates Session
You’ll take part in a private group mat Pilates session led by a professional instructor.
This session will focus on:
- Stress relief
- Improving posture (especially important for dental professionals)
- Releasing tension from long clinical days
- Resetting the mind and body
No experience is needed — just come as you are.
