Becky obtained her ChildLight certification in February of 2018 and has spent many years teaching yoga and mindfulness to kids. Becky will be leading a 45-minute kids’ yoga class at Spirit Rising Yoga & Meditation once a month! This class is perfect for kids age 4-8 years old where they will begin to explore a mindfulness practice with the intention of building health, happiness, and resiliency.
Parents are welcome to wait in the lobby and relax while their kids enjoy time in the studio.
