🌲 TIME: Meet at 7:00 AM to run or hike! Distance varies. We discuss it at the start.

Group Run/Hike Information:
• Group runs/hikes meet on the 3rd Saturday of each month at 7:00 AM
• Group runs will meet at rotating Asheboro, NC trails:
• Caraway Creek Preserve, Purgatory Trailhead (NC Zoo Trails), Tot Hill Trailhead, Thornburg Trailhead, Robbins Branch Trailhead, and Walker's Creek Trailhead
• Our group follows Leave No Trace outdoor principals. (More information: https://www.nps.gov/articles/leave-no-trace-seven-principles.htm)
• Please bring your own fueling and hydration! 💧
• Optional but group members are encouraged to attend! Our group has been welcomed to join the Uwharrie 100 training runs April - October (1st or 2nd Saturdays at 7 AM) at the Woodrun Trailhead in Mt. Gilead, NC (More Uwharrie 100 training run information: www.uwharrie100.com)
