Looking for a fun, free way to stay active, meet new people, and enjoy some of the best craft beer in St. Louis? Join Three Run Four every Thursday night at 6:30 PM for a 2- or 3-mile social run starting and ending at 4 Hands Brewing Co.
This is a welcoming, all-levels running group—whether you’re training for a race, getting back into running, or just here for the post-run beer, you’ll find a place in our community. No sign-ups, no cost—just show up and run.
What to Expect at the Thursday Night Social Run
- A fun, no-drop 2- or 3-mile route through downtown St. Louis
- A free post-run beer at 4 Hands Brewing Co. for all runners
