Marvin Thompson Jr. BiographyMarvin Thompson Jr. is a musician, producer, recording artist and music educator from Detroit MI. He has several contemporary jazz recordings released on his December Sky label, and he was recently featured on the television program Detroit Performs. As a music educator, Marvin teaches music to students of all ages, from elementary school to the collegiate level. Marvin is the recipient of the John Lennon Songwriting Award and the Billboard Songwriting Award. His latest release, Only Good Things is available on all streaming platforms.
