3rd Annual Wearing Joy Fashion Show

This is our third fundraiser to support Hope Haven Peer Respite which opened July 2025 by NAMI Lake Superior South Shore (NAMI LSSS), after years of hard work.

If you enjoy fashion and creativity, like a party and care about mental health - this event is for you! This event will feature local fashion designers, including Evan Tomczyk, who is currently working at Martin Patrick 3, upscale men's fashion in MInneapolis. You will have the option of purchasing many of the wearable items and other artistic donations at the silent auction.

Co-hosted by Lynn Goerdt and Jamie White-Farnham and intended to be family friendly and inclusive.

Bring a friend and enjoy mocktails, appetizers, desserts, and the festive atmosphere.

We have two ticket options - $50 for adults or those who can afford a higher price point and $25 for students (of any age) or those who need a lower price point. You choose what works for you.

Hope Haven Peer Respite is a voluntary, short-term program in Superior with a 4-bedroom home for persons experiencing mental health crises who are not at imminent risk of harming themselves or others and identified by the US Substance Abuse and Mental Health Association (SAMHSA) as best practice. In their first 5 months, they served over 1800 people through the warmline, drop-in center or as an overnight guest. Amazing!

But, they need our help to continue to be a lifeline to the community.
