Dinosaur Valley State Park will be hosting the 3rd Annual Veteran Suicide Awareness Ruck on Saturday, September 20, 2025, and we would be honored to have Irreverent Warriors participate.
This event is dedicated to raising awareness about the realities of veteran suicide and bringing together community partners to support our local veteran population, especially those who are often underserved. This year, we are honoring the memory of TPWD Staff Member, Steve Kimbley, who became a victim of suicide on June 27, 2025. Steve served our country honorably and his tragic loss has deeply affected our community. By coming together for this event, we aim to raise awareness about veteran suicide and provide support to prevent further tragedies like Steve’s.
