Our Annual “Tee Up to End Homelessness” Golf Tournament brings together up to 132 golfers, individual supporters, corporate partners, distinguished veterans, key volunteers, and staff at the beautiful Highlands Golf Club in Chesterfield, Virginia. There will be golf, a pre-tournament lunch, raffles, prizes, dinner, and comradery to round out an incredibly special event. All proceeds from the tournament go to support the Foundation’s Outreach Programs.
Our Mission
The Vets on Track Foundation (VoTF) works at the grassroots level to reduce veteran homelessness and suicides by providing holistic care for those transitioning from life on the streets. From transitional housing immediately following homelessness, to full-fledged home furnishings in a permanent home, and continuing mental and social care we inspire our warriors to discover hope, healing, and purpose – we work to ensure every veteran and first responder under our care has the necessary tools to make a successful transition back into their community. Through our Fallen Heroes Program, we provide comfort and support to widows and widowers through our Fallen Heroes Initiative.

The Vets on Track Foundation is a state and federally recognized 501(c)3 nonprofit organization headquartered in Chesterfield, Virginia. Our vision is to provide much needed support to veterans in cities and towns across the country.
