About this Event
Celebrate the women in your life ahead of Mother’s Day while helping local families with babies and young children access essential baby items.
Join us for It Takes a Village Okotoks Community Foundation’s 3rd Annual Spring High Tea Fundraiser at the charming Duchess on Elma.
Enjoy vintage china, tiered trays, fresh-baked scones, delicate tea sandwiches, sweet treats, and beautiful surroundings — perfect for gathering with friends, mothers, daughters, and loved ones.
Seating is limited and past sittings have sold out. Early booking is strongly recommended.

Each reserved seating is 1.5 hours long.
Seating Experience
Guests are seated at small boutique tables that accommodate 2–8 people.
If you are attending with friends or family, we strongly recommend purchasing tickets together to ensure you are seated together.
If tickets are purchased separately, you can request to be seated with another ticket holder during checkout.
Due to space limitations, strollers and car seats cannot be accommodated inside the tea room.
Why Your Ticket Matters
Funds raised through High Tea help provide diapers, formula, clothing and other essential baby items to families in the Foothills facing hardship.
When you attend High Tea, you are helping ensure no parent has to choose between groceries and baby necessities.
High Tea Menu Includes
- Egg salad sandwich
- Cucumber sandwich
- Fig & brie crostini with prosciutto
- Vegetable quiche
- Fresh scone with jam & clotted cream
- Mini cupcake
- Macaron
- Choice of English Breakfast or Berry Tea
Tickets
Early Bird tickets are $55 and are available until April 1 at 12:30 PM, or until Early Bird tickets sell out.
Regular-priced tickets are $60.
Each guest attending requires a ticket.
Babies in arms do not require a ticket.
Dress
Fancy dress, fascinators and florals are welcome but not required.

Dietary & Accessibility
Gluten-free options are available if noted at the time of booking.
Unfortunately, dairy-free options are not available.
