The Second Annual SoulFULL Festival produced by The Black Night Market and Tacoma Arts Live is on Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. downtown Tacoma WA Between 9th & 11th Broadway at 917 Broadway, Tacoma, WA 98402
