3rd Annual Sedona's Fashion Lab: Create-A-Thon

DESIGNER TICKET
This is a collaborative community project designed to bring creative people together to meet each other and have fun.

For 48 hours we are gathering to upcycle clothing and then show off our creations in the 3rd Annual Fashion Lab Show in October.
Bring your sewing machines, sewing supplies, hot glue guns, ironing boards and the clothing you want to upcycle.

This 48 hour create-a-thon will be held at the Ultimate Light Mission in Sedona, AZ. It is starting Friday at 6pm on Oct 2nd and running through Sunday, October 4th. If you want to compete for the $5k Fabric Incubator Sponsorhip Award, you must be present at 3pm on Sunday with your pieces to be judged. The Fashion Show will be held on October 10th. Show starts at 4:30pm. Plan for a dress rehearsal the day before.

CREATE-A-THON SCHEDULE
Friday, October 2nd - 6pm PST
All participants will gather at Ultimate Light Mission in Sedona AZ, 2115 Mountain Rd, Sedona, AZ 86336‬. Registered participants can bring sewing machines, hot glue guns, sequins, feathers, trim and garments to upcycle. You can also bring sleeping bags, food and snacks if you plan on staying up late. You can also leave and come back to sleep eat or rest. The goal is to showcase sustainable upcycled fashion and fabrics. We are centered around innovation, creativity, learning from each other and making new friends.
Saturday, October 3rd All Day
48 hour create-a-thon continues.
Sunday, October 4th
Be present for the judging at 3pm at ULM. We wrap at 5pm / 6pm for clean up.
