3rd Annual Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration: Songs and Courage for Our Times

All are welcome to attend an afternoon of music and reflection on the legacy of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., led by spiritual leaders from the Greater Portland Multifaith Group and featuring music by the Sea Change Chorale.

Through spoken word, choral and community singing, participants are invited to consider how we are called to live out Dr. King’s vision in our own time. This year’s program will explore the gap between our vision for a just and loving future, and the world we live in now. How do our connections with each other sustain and inspire us to keep working toward the Beloved Community that Dr. King envisioned?
