3rd Annual Radiant Waves Bike Lantern Parade

The Radiant Waves Lantern Parade is back for its THIRD year, and this year we will be on BIKES again! Join us with your bikes and lanterns September 25 at 6pm on the Midtown Greenway next to Venture Bikes, so we can bike with our lanterns in a glowing Parade!
We will slow roll bike with lanterns to Bde Maka Ska (2.5 miles) and back to Venture Bikes. There will be FREE FOOD from Sister's Camelot and live brass band music at the end! Venture Bikes' coffee shop will be open before the ride, and their bathrooms will be available till the end.
ASL interpretation will be available from 6-9pm!
We will have 3 FREE Bilingual (English and Spanish) Community Lantern-Making workshops leading up to the event:
- Sat, September 12 at the Greenway Glow in front of Venture Bikes (1000 Midtown Greenway) 5-7pm
- Mon, September 14 at Semilla Center (2742 15th Ave S) 6-8pm
- Wed, September 23 at RARE Productions (3012 E Lake St) 6-8pm
You are also welcome to help us prep lanterns at Semilla Center on Monday, September 21 (6-8pm)!
