About this Event
My name is Daniel Sorenson, I am the Head Men's and Women's Cross Country and Track and Field Coach at Lakewood. Our program is hosting a fundraising to help cover the cost of our season for meet entries, coaching and equipment. I am also a coach at Hybrid House gym that partners with Hardkour Preformance that is partnering with use to make this the best event as possible. COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Run a lap to bleachers than 20 weighted sit ups. Run a lap Enter at 300 meter mark to Stations 2,3,4 and Exit to run a lap at the 400 meter start. Enter at the 300 Meter mark to do Stations 5, 6, and 7. Exit to run a lap at the 400 meter start line to Finish.
START: Run a lap + Bleachers+ 20 weighted sit-ups + run a lap+ stations 2,3,+ Lap + stations 4,5 + Lap + Stations 6,7 + lap to finish

-Station 2- 30x Plate GTOH (Male-35/Female-25/HsMale- 25/HsFemale-15)
Judging- Touch ground + Plate above head
-Station 3-Sled Push/Pull (One Length Out/Back)
Judging- Sled all the way across the Line both directions
Run Lap
-Station 4- Wreckbag Carry (marked out course)
Judging- carry any way
-Station 5- 40x Snatches (Male-30/Female-20/HsMale- 20/HsFemale-15)
Judging- Touch ground + Dumbbell above head (20L/20R)
Run Lap
-Station 6- 30x Burpee Over Bench
Judging- Start chest to floor + Over Bench = 1
-Station 7- Farmers Carry (marked out course)
-Run Lap to finish line
